Glucosamine Chondroitin is glucosamine sulphate with additional chondroitin. Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural compounds found in healthy cartilage ‒ the connective tissue that cushions joints. The natural glucosamine and chondroitin levels drops as we age, which leads to a gradual deterioration of the joints.
Additional intake of glucosamine and chondroitin promotes strong joints, bones and ligaments.
