Animal Flex is a complete joint support product, which works by helping to strengthen joints and ligaments, shielding them from the daily wear and tear brought about by rigorous training.
The ingredients in this product are designed to naturally protect and restore joint health while strengthening the underlying cartilage and connective tissue, it can help maintain healthy joint function, elasticity, and flexibility.

Directions
Mix one serving (1 scoop) with 200m ml water . Take one serving per day, either on an empty stomach or with a meal.
