Generally whey “isolate” proteins are produced to have a higher percentage of protein than whey “concentrates”, which also means that “isolates” have lower sugar (including lactose) and fat content! This formula is lower in carbohydrates than ever before!

Directions
Mix 1 serving (25 g) in 300 ml water, milk or any other liquid. Best time to use is after a workout.
