R1 Protein is made with super-pure 100% whey isolate, fast-acting whey hydrolysate, and virtually nothing else. Directions
Add 1 scoop of R1 Protein powder to 240 ml of cold water. Stir or blend until smooth. Take before or immediately after workouts or first thing in the morning.
