PROGENEX Recovery protein is a fast-absorbing whey protein hydrolysate, which allows your muscles to reload and recover post-workout to their baseline strength within hours, not days. Directions
Immediately after training, mix two (2) scoops of Progenex Recovery with 350 ml of water. Shake until blended.
