Sleep & Dream is a state-of-the-art all-in-one sleep supplement that contains melatonin and 5-HTP, as well as potent plant extracts, minerals and vitamins, which are associated with a particularly restful and deep sleep.
Melatonin controls the day-night rhythm of the human body. Too low a level of melatonin has been shown to induce sleep disturbances. 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) in the body gets converted into serotonin, which improves quality of sleep.
During sleep, the body is doing more than just resting ‒ it's working to restore our physical and mental wellbeing. These processes include muscle repair and growth as well as fat loss processes. Thus, those who do not give their sleep routine the appropriate significance may not be able to reach their full physical potential.
Directions
Take 4 capsules daily with as much fluid as possible, preferably at bedtime.
