Ecdysterone

The plant sterol ecdysterone could be the reason why Popeye never left the house without a can of spinach. Sterols are steroid compounds that occur naturally in animals and plants. Spinach, in particular, contains relevant amounts of ecdysterone. This product provides 25 mg of ecdysterone per capsule plus 250 mg of the protein-forming amino acid leucine that is very effective at promoting muscle growth.
The latest scientific studies claim that ecdysterone promotes protein synthesis, which in turn may increase lean muscle tissue and decrease body fat percentage. Studies show that ecdysterone is particularly effective in combination with strength training.
Directions
Consume 2-4 capsules a day with liquid with meals that are high in protein.
