Studies have found that taking quercetin can minimize instances of sneezing, and significantly reduce nasal itching, helping to feel more comfortable.
Directions
Take 2 capsules 20 minutes before meals, twice daily. Persons with sensitive stomachs may prefer to take capsules with food.
