Isostar Hydrate & Perform is an isotonic drink rich in carbohydrates and electrolytes specially developed to support athletic performance. It supplies the energy needed during exercise and helps maintain optimum hydration, thus, helping reach athletic goals.
This isotonic drink supports optimum hydration when taken before exercise, and helps to improve performance and endurance when taken during exercise. Finally, it helps recovery after workout.
The formula is a great source of different valuable vitamins and micronutrients. Calcium and magnesium supports healthy muscle function during exercise and post-exercise recovery processes. Vitamin B1 contributes to converting food into energy. Vitamin C is an antioxidants that help protect cells.
Directions
Dilute 3 measuring spoons in 500 ml of water. Drink while warming up and regularly during exercise ‒ 150 ml every 15 minutes.
