iConfit MSM Powder is an organic sulphur compound (methylsulfonylmethane) that occurs naturally in plants, animals and humans. MSM supports joint and bone health and benefits skin, nail and hair health.
The anti-inflammatory properties of MSM help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue after exercise and increase antioxidant activity. The properties of MSM can also reduce the amount of oxidative damage associated with aging and stress.
MSM supports the regeneration of collagen and thus improves the condition of skin. As we age, collagen levels decline, which causes wrinkles, dryness and loss of elasticity in skin. A combination of MSM and vitamin C helps to encourage cellular regeneration.
Directions
Mix 2–5 g of product with water or juice 2–3 times a day.
We recommend starting with a small amount, for example, with 1 gram (1/4 teaspoon per glass of water) per day and then gradually increasing the amount. You can increase the amount up to 2 teaspoons per day.
