Magnesium Fine Flakes are the best available magnesium source for our bodies. ICONFIT magnesium flakes are of the highest quality grade, European origin, and with 47% magnesium chloride content.
Magnesium is essential to our bodies and is naturally found in our muscles and blood vessels. However many of us don’t get enough of this mineral from our diets, thus causing magnesium deficiency. This may show as muscle tension, cramps, sleeping difficulties and stress.
Magnesium flakes are designed to be used in the bath. The fine and small flake size allow for faster dissolution in water and better absorption through the skin when taking foot baths or full-body baths. This may support relaxation, improve sleep quality and relieve muscle tension.
Care Guide
For foot-baths add 150-200g of flakes into 4 litres of warm water and soak your feet in it for about 20 minutes. For full-body baths add 500-1000g of flakes into your bath water and soak in the bath for about 20 minutes. Take foot and full-body baths 4-7 times per week.
