Crea Shortcut contains everything you need for your muscles. It promotes muscle power and strength, enhances your physical performance during intense training and contributes to the development of muscle.
This formula includes micronized creatine that helps develop explosive power and grow lean muscle mass, and a mix of slow and fast absorbing carbohydrates for an improved creatine absorption, as well as fast energy for your workout.
With added branched-chain amino acids in the ratio 2:1:1, this drink mix can be used before, during or after workouts to enhance muscle power and promote recovery and muscle growth. BCAAs also help trigger muscle protein synthesis and prevents muscle protein breakdown.
Directions
Mix 40g portion (1 scoop) with 250-300ml of water in a shaker. Consume 2 servings a day – one in the morning and the other at the beginning of a workout. If you work out in the morning, take a second serving in the afternoon.
