iConfit Chaga Tea is a delicious tea blend that is easy to make with a tea strainer or press jug and makes the consumption of otherwise bitter chaga an enjoyable experience.
Chaga grows in birch forests and has superb antioxidant properties that strengthen your immune system. Naturally, Chaga is found mostly in Eastern Europe and Russian forests but sometimes also in North-America. It grows as a black hard sponge mushroom on birch trees.
Chaga contains a variety of B vitamins, flavonoids, phenols, minerals and enzymes. Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2 helps with the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B2 helps with our skin health and Vitamin B5 helps to reduce exhaustion and stress. Chaga has superb detox properties to cleanse the body.
Directions
Take 3 heaping teaspoons with Chaga Tea into a press jug or tea strainer. Add hot water, let simmer and enjoy 1-2 times a day.
