It helps your body to synthesise carnosine that helps avoid muscle acidity levels increase and therefore reduce fatigue. This way you can get maximum results out of your every workout and achieve better endurance and strength.
Beta Alanine helps your body to produce carnosine that acts as a natural lactic-acid buffer inside the muscle. By increasing carnosine you increase your muscle’s ability to keep PH (acidity) levels in check.
You might wonder then why not take pure carnosine instead of beta-alanine? Studies show that oral ingestion of carnosine gives absolutely no benefit and it must be produced by your own body – beta-alanine helps you do just that.
First 4 days take 2 scoops per day (1800mg, scoop included in powder). Then 3-4 scoops per day (total 2700mg-3600mg).
After every 2-3 weeks take a 1 week break.
