This muesli contains toasted wholegrain flakes (wheat/triticale), glazed, toasted wholegrain flakes (wheat/triticale) with acerola and turmeric powder, sunflower seeds, puffed spelt in glaze with honey and elderberry juice, peanut slices, dried apple pieces and crunchy strawberry pieces.
This muesli is high in fibre and naturally rich in vitamin C and zinc which leads to a better collagen production and healthier hair, skin and nails.
