Mind-to-muscle matrix contains caffeine, choline bitartrate, L-tyrosine and other compounds that support mental activity and focus during training, as well as enable increased workout intensity by delaying fatigue and expanding muscle endurance.
Furthermore, the formula contains different strength and endurance elements. Beta-alanine buffers lactic acid production, thus reducing muscle fatigue and pain. Creatine supports muscle energy, performance and strength. Agmatine sulfate raises nitric oxide levels and promotes blood flow to the muscles. Betaine supports muscle pumps and increases muscle strength and power.
The supplement also contains B vitamin complex that increases energy metabolism and supports endurance during training.
Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 240 ml of cold water and take 15-30 minutes prior to training. Do not consume mote than 1 serving per day. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of sleep.
Not for use if you are caffeine, niacin, or beta-alanine sensitive.
