BCAA 5000 is made from the highest quality BCAAs in the proven 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine to Isoleucine to Valine to support support protein synthesis, boost recovery and muscle repair, promote lean muscle mass and enhance endurance.
BCAA's are directly absorbed by the muscles, playing an important role in feeding muscles during workouts and supporting recovery immediately after. Research shows that supplementation with branched-chain amino acids can prevent central fatigue by tightly regulating the influx of tryptophan to the brain. Supplementation before and during exercise has been proven to enhance performance. BCAAs function as anabolic agents and induce sparing, which allows the body to burn fat and not muscle.
Directions
Take 1 serving (8 capsules) one to three times daily. Consume between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts.
