The title of the product represents its composition - nearly 90% protein content per scoop, which consists of whey protein isolate and hydrolyzate. These forms of protein diffuses rapidly into the body.
Whey protein hydrolyzate is produced through enzymatic hydrolysis where protein is broken down partially into amino acid chains which makes it very easy to digest. Therefore ISO 100 is a perfect choice after and even before exhausting workouts without the worry of bloating. Besides, the powder is free from sugar and fat and thus contains less that 166 kcal per serving when mixed with water. Directions
Add 1 scoop to 180-250 ml of water, milk or a drink of your choice and mix thoroughly. Enjoy prior to workouts, after workouts or anytime you desire a high- protein drink.
