The powder contains branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and glutamine. This product is not just useful for workouts but can be used at any time of the day to maximise muscle building and recovery.
One serving of BCAA Xtra powder contains 5 grams of recovery enhancing branched chain amino acids in the optimal ratio of 2:1:1 and more than 3 grams of glutamine. BCAA's enhance anabolic signalling and muscle protein synthesis as well as assist in muscle maintenance and fat burning. Whereas glutamine is a prevalent source of nitrogen for the biochemical processes occurring within the body. BCAA Xtra powder will improve your performance and minimise recovery time post-workout. Use it before or after your workout.
Directions
Dissolve 10 g (2 tsp.) in 250 ml of water. On training days: one portion of 10 g before training and 10 g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 10 g before meal.
