L-Carnitine Energy Gel

The energy gel with L-carnitine is based on the less sweet complex carbohydrate maltodextrin, which despite its complex structure has an extremely high glycemic index. L-carnitine energy gel can be easily dosed and does not cause digestive problems.
The gel contains L-carnitine, which converts fat into energy. More important than its ability to burn fat is its impact on sports performance and regeneration. By using it, you save your own glycogen and increase maximum strength in key moments of endurance. L-carnitine also reduces the accumulation of lactic acid and raises the lactate threshold.
It also contains green tea polyphenols, which induce thermogenesis and stimulate fat oxidation in the body, so that the body would use its own fat reserves for energy.
Directions
For best results, consume up to two energy gels per hour with plenty of water.
